The 2006 District Conference was held in Hudson Valley Resort & Spa Conference Center, Friday September 15 to Sunday September 17, 2006. All of Hudson Valley Resort & Spa's 275 guest rooms and suites were fully refurbished to offer both comfortable surroundings and modern conveniences. In-room amenities included Internet access, marble bathrooms, coffee makers, hair dryers, iron & ironing boards. DGE Anthony said "Set amid 400 acres of majestic landscapes and surrounded by the fabled Shawangunk Mountains, adjacent to Minnewaska State Park, Hudson Valley Resort & Spa offers the perfect balance of charm and comfort. It's a perfect place to share Rotary, rest, relax and recharge!". - Carol Anthony, DG 2006-07
Hudson Valley Resort & Spa is a picture-perfect setting for meetings. Winding through the magnificent Shawangunk Mountain Range, The Hudson Valley Resort's 18-hole, par 71, 6350-yard championship course is enjoyable for all levels of play. Rolling hills, flowing creeks, ponds, lush fairways and challenging greens put every part of your game to the test. When it's time to slow down and relax, make a visit to The Spa.
