Rotarians in India have created a Web site to streamline worldwide Rotary efforts aimed at providing relief to the survivors of the recent earthquake in Gujarat state and rebuilding the cities razed by the disaster.

Set up last week by Past RI Director Kalyan Banerjee, head of the Joint Action Task Force (JATF) which is coordinating relief efforts in Gujarat, the site at http://www.gujaratrebuild.org disseminates information about the disaster and facilitates fundraising efforts.

The site features a list of Rotary contacts involved in the JATF and updates reports of Indians who have recently visited the affected areas. The Web site also includes an overview of the calamity, photographs of the damage, and maps.
