#11. We heard keynote speaker Colette Baptiste, from Fox TV News on Challenges with Children. #10. We heard keynote speaker RI President Lacy's Rep, Richard Howe, on the Future of Rotary. #9. At the Breakout session on Technology we got to see our two international award-winning Rotary web sites. #8. For only $400. we got two nights in a beautiful hotel, including all meals and conference activities! #7. We unwound, toured, saw some wonderful sights, and got to view the beauty of the changing leaves! #6. We saved our Club the embarrassment of not having any representatives during the Roll Call of Clubs. #5. We got to view the Parade of Nations and met our bright and beautiful YE students and the Ambassadorial Scholars. #4. We were part of an unforgettable special Children's Project that left us inspired and uplifted. #3. We all had a chance to win some unique and memorable door prizes, including a special baseball bat! #2. We got to meet the fun-loving GSE team, and hear about their pool exploits that put $1,000 in the Rotary Fund! #1. We got to support the Best District Governor anywhere, and learned how to sing the Rotary Dream Theme song! |
