I bought what I thought was just an old publication
several years ago at a Flea Market, before I became an Rotarian. It is a paper bound book with the RI emblem
on the back side. It is a book of pamphlets, with many subjects. The unique thing about this book is how its bound. There are "wire" holders that fit inside each individual pamphlet that fastens to a the book itself. The publications dates range from 1926 to
1927, with different addresses of publishers.I have not found anyone that can help identify. I do not want
to sell it, I merely want to know how it was used back
then. Can anyone, will anyone contact me with how to
